All drivers MUST have a VALID driver's license or a military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). State IDs, voter cards, passports, and/or bank-issued cards will NOT be accepted as valid IDs. International driver's licenses are acceptable if current. 2. All vehicles and trailers MUST have license plates and tags. The vehicle registration MUST be valid. 3. Guests MUST comply with entry procedures - their driver's license will be scanned into Proptia for parking pass processing. 4. Guests must have their reservation paperwork with the property address ready for review. This can be on a smartphone but NOT in text message format. 5. Registered Guests MUST NOT share their parking passes with their guests. Guests who share passes will be issued daily passes. 🤩 POOL & HOT TUB ENJOYMENT GUIDE💦 Enjoy the private heated pool and hot tube at the property. Please note the following- 🏊♀️Pool Temperature & Operation Comfort Temperature: The pool is maintained at a comfortable 88F. Please note this is intended to take the chill off the water, not to make it hot tub-warm. Fixed Temperature: The pool temperature is fixed and cannot be adjusted. Heating Schedule: For energy efficiency and equipment longevity, the pool heater operates daily between 7 AM and 9 PM. ♨️ Hot Tub Operation Shared System: Please note the pool and hot tub utilize the same heating system, meaning they operate on the same 7 AM to 9 PM heating schedule. Relaxation Temperature: The hot tub is set to a relaxing 102F. Heating Priority: Please be aware that when the hot tub timer is activated, the pool heater will temporarily shut off to prioritize heating the hot tub. It typically takes about 30 minutes for the hot tub to reach its desired temperature. ❄️Cold Weather Operations (November–February) During colder months, the pool heater works much slower (about 1F per hour) due to the low ambient temperature. We cannot accelerate this process. The host assumes no responsibility if the pool water is not pleasant for swimming due to unusually cold weather. This is a normal occurrence for all single-family outdoor pools in the Orlando area during the winter. ☀️ Warm Weather Operations (April–October) Seasonal Feel: During these months, even with the heater running, the water may feel cooler than you expect due to the high ambient air temperatures creating a contrast. The water should still be pleasant for swimming. Water Level Check: Due to high evaporation during drier months, the pool water level may reduce. If the water level drops too far, the filtration system will not work properly. Please inform us immediately if the water level reduces to one tile length below the pool edge so we can arrange a refill. 🔧 Maintenance & Issue Resolution Scheduled Cleaning: Pool maintenance is scheduled once a week (usually on Mondays or Tuesdays). The technician will only access the pool area via the outside gate. The pool will be unavailable for approximately one hour after the cleaning is complete. Issue Response Time: Should any pool issues require a service visit, please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for the maintenance person to arrive and address the problem. 📅 SAME DAY RESERVATIONS: Pool heating requires a 24-hour activation period. For same-day reservations, pool heating will not be available until the following day.
